Why can I not jailbreak my iPod Touch 2g MC model?

I have tried to jailbreak my iPod with limera1n, greenpois0n, and redsn0w and none of them work. In greenpois0n, it finishes the process with the timers, but then when I click Jailbreak, it results in a failed to jailbreak message. What am I doing wrong? Someone please help me with this. I have been wasting so many hours trying to finally jailbreak my iPod. Thank you for any help.

Restore to custom firmware created by Pwnage tools 4.1.2 for Mac.

Are you putting it in Dfu mode the right way? Like is it for sure going into Dfu mode.

I don't have a Mac. And I'm sure I am in DFU. I follow the instructions but it never works. I even restored my iPod to 4.1 again just in case.

Install Vmware on your Pc and build one yourself.

OR get one from the net.

You have to download Redsn0w 0.9.6b2 , run it and check the box Put dFu mode, once you are in dfu mode, you press shift and then restore , a box will open up for you to browse to the custom fw.

Hey! I just found out , Pwnage tools 4.1.2 doesn't support ipod touch 2g.

You should be able to jailbreak with GreenPoison RC4 ( MB and MC model )
