Is it possible to make my Iphone 3gs on 4.1?

also i don't have the original sim now,can this work over wifi

The ONLY way to unlock is with Ultrasn0w. Find it with Cydia. WiFi is fully supported after the jailbreak.

When building a new ipsw (or if using another method), check 'Activate'.
