iPhone 3GS Jailbreak and Unlock 4.1 HELP!

Hi,

I just sold my iPhone 3GS and they just called to say the SIM doesn't work now becasuse the stupidly upgraded! It WAS jailbroken on 4.0.1 (I think with Limera1n). I know it is the old boot rom and the 5.11.07 baseband. The guy upgraded it to the latest OS (4.1) and now needs it to be Hacktivated (without official SIM) and Jailbroken and Unlocked.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

For the unlock, this is the million-dollar question:

Is the baseband version still 05.11.07 or 05.14.02? Look in Settings, or if the phone isn't activated, use TinyUmbrella to determine the baseband version.

Either way, grab limera1n or greenpois0n (that'll do the jailbreak untethered at 4.1 and the hacktivation). If you're at baseband 05.14.02, wait until next Monday or so for a new unlock to come out. If you're at any baseband version 05.13.xx or lower, download ultrasn0w from the ultrasn0w repository in Cydia.

Also, please DO NOT upgrade your 3GS to 4.2 when it comes out later this week. It'll screw up your untethered jailbreak--and you don't want that.
