Help pls

So I recently removed the cydia ads the other by editing the hosts file. I now want to reverse this. I tried changing back to the original host file but it didn't work. I also tried removing that ads by editing the package.js file, and subsequently replaced it with the original as well but I simply get a red box with a triangle with an exclamation point in cydia now. Can someone please please help me out and possibly post the original package.js and hosts files. Thanks so so much.
