Infinifolders and app updates

I have infinifolders installed on my #G S iOS 4.1. If I update my apps using the iPhone app store some of my apps jump out of their folders on to the Springboard. I then have to put them all back. If I use iTunes to update this does not happen.

Any ideas?

It is just how infinitfolder works.

Never happens to me on iPhone 4 4.0.1...i guess it's a bug with 4.1...another reason for me to not update =D
