Stuck at USB Itunes logo

I was having some issues with my phone so I thought a simple restore would fix me up.

Well I was at 4.1 with Limerain.

I restored and it said could not restore error 14.

It then tried to restore again and again with the same error.

It says iphone detected but will not restore. It goes through the whole process but hits that error at the end.

Any help would be great as I now have NO PHONE! Yikes!

Hi guys im in a similar situation i jailbreak my iphone 3gs 4.1 with limera1n , everything when right but , i didn't see the icon to download cydia so i did the process again of jailbreaking then my iphone got stuck in restore mode or itunes logo , can anybody help me with this ? what should i do to fix it ?

You need to restore to 4.1 again , then do your jailbreak either with Redsn0w 0.9.6b6 or Limera1n or GP

yeah but how can i restore to 4.1 again i tune only allow me to do the laters version 4.2 ?

Do you need an unlock ? Do you have the newbootrom ? Do you have 4.1 shsh blobs? Have you saved all your shsh blobs using tiny umbrella ?

What are you trying to say ? So you don't need unlock, correct.

im not sure i hadn't check if i have the new bootrom and i think with my phone like that stuck i cant check i guess right ?

sorry if i am not making myself clear yes i do need to jailbreak and unlock my iphone

If you don't know if you have any shsh blob and you haven't use Tiny Umbrella while your iphone was still bootable, then you have to either restore to custom firmware of 4.2.1 or stock fw of 4.2.1.
