iPhone 2g redsn0w 0.9.4

I was just curious if anyone has ran into any problems when jailbreaking an iPhone 2g ios 3.1.3. I will be using redsn0w 0.9.4 and point to 3.1.2. Just checking to see if there are any known errors. Thanks.

The phone is currently in Emergency call mode, could I use tiny umbrella to kick out? Or could I hacktivate? The phone is going to be used as an iPod touch, so no sim is installed and most likely won't be.
