Wifi/3G issues after jailbreak.

Hi everyone.

So i recently bought an iphone 4 off of a friend and switched my account from my 3GS mini sim to a new microsim (done by At&t.) I jailbroke my phone using Limera1n when i got it. It is at 4.1 with the new baseband.

So the problem is, randomly my 3G/Wifi will both stop working. The wifi would hang and not load web pages (i know its not the router because it works fine on my laptop/old 3GS). And it gives me the "could not activate cellular data" randomly too. I have tried resetting the network settings. It seems to work for a bit but the problem keeps happening, no matter how many times i restore network. So my question is, is this a problem with the JB or the phone itself, my friend said that she never had any problems like this before i bought the phone from her (roughly 3 weeks). I thought it might have been related to 3G unrestrictor so i uninstalled it but it is still occurring. I would prefer not having to restore and reJB but obviously i would do it if it was the only solution. I havent really seen this issue in the forums and i couldnt really find anything about this on google.

Any ideas?

Do a forget network on your iPhone and key in your wep password to see if that helps.

So i tried that as well. It happens when i am not on wifi too (wifi switched off.)

You might have to do a restore again. You can try using GreenPoison RC4 to do the jailbreak. I don't have any problems on the wifi issue on my ipod touch 4
