    Default Need some guidance please

    I have a iphone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1 and its already been jailbroken. If i would like to update to iOS4.1 will all apps download through instalous will be erase or malfunctioning? Any solution to restore those apps? Please and thankyou. "Newbie here"
