Is this impossible?? HELP!!!

Hi,

I have a friends 32G 3GS 3.1.3 and its passcode locked and has no power button!

How can i jailbreak it without a power button and get passed the passcode??

Tried Sprit,redsn0W,LimeRa!n but obviously u need to put the handset in DFU mode. I dont think the MacBok im using can connect to the phone due to the passcode too....


Any help would be .

the easiest thing would be to replace the power button first, then go from there, as to why your macbook isn't recognizing it i wouldn't think it's because of the passcode, itunes will still recognize it but will tell you that it has a passcode so it can't sync with it

JuSt visit JailbreakMe from the device. Oops sry forgot about the passcode, does that device still have that emergency call loophole? If so that shoud get you into the phone.

The power button is the obvious fix but can't b assed tryin to fix it.....I kno about the loophole on the emergency call thing but can't rememeber what to do. Can u refresh my memory?? Thanks

You would need the power button to do the trick to get you past the passcode.
