Iphone 4 help please, very worried!!

Downloaded limerain went into itunes disabled synch with iphone pluged in iphone then ran software let it rain was displayed in dialog box clicked on this then followed instructions held down power button then home until phone entered dfu mode where it is currently stuck showing usb logo etc the only other screen is apple logo, basicaly i have iphone 4 running 4.0.2 any help

sounds like it in recovery mode, use tinyumbrella to kick it out

Have you tried kicking it out if recovery with Tiny umbrella ?
