Cydia Error - bad url in repo

Greetings

I recently attempted to manually add a repo into my Cydia on my IP4 (4.1).

The url was to a valid repo but the repo apparently has some bad zip files as Cydia gives me an error pop-up every time I start up.

I went to remove the repo but it does not show in the user section of the repo list.

Does anyone know how to manually remove this bad repo??
