cannot jailbreak with either LR or GP, what gives?!

my wife just got a replacement 3GS yesterday from apple. they updated it yesterday at the store to 4.1 (8B117), same version that my 3GS has and i jailbroke when limera1n came out. i am here trying to jailbreak her's and it keeps on failing. I tried the latest limera1n (RC1b), and RC1 BETA2 (which is what i used to jailbreak my phone), and i used greenpois0n. both failed many times, and i followed the instructions to a T.

in tinyumbrella, it tells me cydia does have my SHSH on file for 4.1 8B117.



update: of couuuuuuuuurse the attempt right after this post, limera1n finally works. i did nothing different, oh well, i got it, thanks anyway.
