Trouble jailbreaking 3g...also no wifi
I just sold my 3g and got the iphone 4 today but so I restored my 3g to factory conditions, now I cant jailbreak it for some reason, just sits there blank. I keep having to restore to get past a blank screen. ATT gave me a dummy sim card they called it but should that even matter? Both Greenpois0n and Limera1n dont work. What are my options?
I had no problem using the limera1n to JB the new 4...
Edit: also wifi wont work, could this also be an issue with dummy sim card?Last edited by mudslag; 10-23-2010 at 09:20 PM.

What firmware did you restore ?

Stock firmware ? and then what happen

ok I managed to get it jailbroken using redsnow...any idea why the wifi wont work?

Is wifi still not working ? Did you jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.6 b1 ?
