Stuck in safemode ip4 4.1

So i installed iconoclasm and upon respringing my iphone 4 running os4.1booted into safe mode . After removing iconoclasm and all other recently installed packages restarting still didnt help. Upon installing crash reporter i discovered from syslog that it crashed because youcanbeclosertogod.jpg was not found , i created a file with the same name and deleted my /var/mobile/library/lockbackground.jpg and that error seems to have been fixed , any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated, i have now changed my root password as yeah i seem to remember the rickroll virus being similar to this ? Do a restore to 4.1 again and do the jailbreak.
