How to backup and restore cydia packages on new iDevice

Ok so I upgraded to an iPhone 4 32gb yesterday and had an iPHone 4 16gb and gave that to my wife. I backup'ed everything in cydia with AptBackup on my old iPhone and then backed it up in iTunes and on my new one I restored with that backup, however after jailbreaking and re downloading AptBackup, it does not allow me to restore any of my packages because it can't be found. Main question is: how can i find out what all I have ever downloaded from cydia? Thanks guys

Next time , do it the old traditional way, write it down the apps you bought from Cydia and reinstall back what you bought.
