Iphone 4 won't restore on Itunes

Hi

I have an iphone 4 and dont' care about the baseband so I just hooked it up to itunes to upgrade to 4.1 and it goes like halfway and itunes says it's restoring but it just hangs after a while won't upgrade .

Any help would so much be appreaciated.

Do you have wifi sync installed on your computer ?

If you have, uninstall it and do the restore again.

If ur stuck in recovery use the program recboot and it should fix the problem

you can also try putting it into dfu mode
