Hi

I've jailbroken 4.1 on my 3GS, in a months time my contract expires i will automatically get option to unlcok from my provider.

will unlock from my provider work on my phone or after jail break provider cannot unlock do i have to rely on ultrasnow.

If you provider has fully unlocked your iphone, all you need to do is a restore , activate with your sim card and jailbreak it , you do not need Ultrasn0w.
