3.1.3 to 4.0.1 Need help please...

Hi Everyone,

I've been looking on the forums for a couple days now and I'm a little confused..

I have a 3gs on 3.1.3, baseband 05.12.01
It was jailbroken via jailbreakme.com
I am on AT&T
I have no saved shsh via cydia or tinyumbrella
I have windows XP

Can I update to 4.0.1?

LEt me know if you need more/other info

If you have old bootrom you can upgrade to 4.0.1 download iDetector from iH8sn0w.com | Jailbreak your iPod touches and iPhones to check

You can then use jbme2pwn and sn0wbreeze to custom firmware restore to 4.0.1

However, the new PwnageTool/sn0wbreeze are coming out any day now, and support any 3GS to upgrade to 4.1 using custom firmware so you might be better off just waiting for that.
