I reset all settings and now my phone won't turn on...

I just bought a new iPhone 4 so I'm looking to sell my 3GS. It's unlocked and jailbroken running 3.1.3 on baseband 5.13.04. I reset all the settings so none of my data is saved. My iPhone 3GS will now not turn on. I get the Apple logo then the loading circle after a while and it just sits there. I've tried connecting it to my computer and it won't recognize it.

Any help please.

You cant use that setting on a jailbroken phone. You are going to have to put it in recovery or dfu then restore it. Hopefully you have SHSH so that you can restore to a firmware that wont update your baseband leaving you unable to unlock (4.1 is the one you want to stay away from).
