New Phone, Old Apps

So i posted a few weeks ago about my iphone 3GS getting stolen and have since come into posession of an iphone 4. I miss my old phone.. the technical issues in the iphone 4 annoy me. More dropped calls, and the sensor that turns off the screen doesn't work very well.

But that's beside the point. I just jailbreaked my iphone 4 with limerain and want to get my old Rock apps back but I'm having issues figuring out how to "log in" to Cydia. Would someone be kind and point me in the right direction to get my apps transfered to my new phone?

Do a purchase on the one you bought, login in with either google or facebook, as long as you login to the same account, Cydia will verify and will say already purchase. You only do it one, your account is now linked to this device and the previous one too.
You can create multiples account on one device or create one account for multiple devices.
