iphone4 sat nav

iPhone 4 at 4.1 (1.59bb) jb via gp unlocked with ultrasnow im trying to run tomtom europe v1.4.1 but im not getting a gps signal i've been out in the car and no luck i have the same app running on a 3g and 3gs no probs on the same sim has anyone else tryed a satnav on there ip4 any help would be great thanks

iP4 jb with limera1n with 1.59bb and zero problems with tomtom US.

Jailbroken 4.1
Limera1n RC1

TomTom europe is working fine.
Ilocalias is working fine aswell with GPS

thanks guys im on payasyou go and the carrier setting is o2 (08) and its (o5) on my 3g &3gs i think that is my problem what do you think? does limera1n have data network settings?
