iPhone 4 jailbreaking OS 4.1

I have an factory unlocked iPhone 4 that i updated to OS 4.1

what is the difference between Greenposi0n vs Limera1n (i know they use the same exploit)
witch one should i use to jailbreak as both of them has OS X version now

any issues with one and not with other
what are your opinions those of you that have used either

I also have a factory unlocked iPhone 4, so I'm not worried about losing the unlock... but is there a way to avoid doing a full restore? i.e. can I just upgrade via itunes to 4.1 and the jailbreak after? Or do I need to go through the full restore process. Haven't been able to find an answer in the forums...

It's generally advised to restore and jailbreak fresh when moving between firmware versions. Can save you a lot of trouble.
