But if you want to be more specific, grab Winterboard (Absolutely must have) and pick yourself a theme. I personally like the iNav themes though they're a little difficult to set up. You also might want to get Backgrounder and Proswitcher if you want to run your Apps in the background. You should also get SBSettings which is basically an enhanced settings menu that you can access almost anywhere. Categories if you want to put your Apps in folders. Install0us if your into pirating Apps, though I am not. That's pretty much all I can think of at the moment, I'll post others if I can remember them =)

Five icon dock is cool and free. Make it mine is free (change the carrier name on status bar). Snes emulator for some old school games and ALL are free, including the games.

I have to be honest-I'm not diggin' Winterboard at all.

What firmware are you on and what device? It all depends on that tbh. But for must-have apps, get Winterboard, QuickReply for SMS, SBSettings, FiveIconDock, InfiniFolders, iFile, OpenSSH, MultitaskingTime. There is a lot more, just have a search around the forum for ones that suit you
