Iphone 3gs stuck at recovery mode (error 14)

Background
I was on jailbreaked and unlocked ios 4.0.
I used snowbreeze to upgrade from 3.1.2 to 4.0

Problem
I tried to restore to custom 4.1 ipsw (made from snowbreeze). Itunes gave me error 14.
After that my iphone is stuck at recovery mode. I have already tried iReb and irecovery many times. They all reboot the iphone but it is still stuck at recovery mode.
Please help!

I just changed the usb cable. Now it restored without any error.
