I've got a 3G jailbroken iphone with Jailbreakme at 4.01. Hate lack of speed... which is best, simpler and possible: downgrade to 3.1.3 or to upgrade to 4.1?

If you don't need unlock, then upgrade to 4.1 and run redsn0w 0.9.6b1, you can download redsn0w from here :
