Help backing up before update and rejailbreak

hey, right now im jailbroken at 4.0.1 with comex's jailbreakme website thing on my iphone 4

i have my winterboard theme and all of my cydia apps. how do i back everything up before i update to 4.1 and rejailbreak?

You could use one of the backup programs in cydia like aptbackup but when going to a new firmware I would recommend just installing everything again just to make sure everything is compatible with 4.1.
