Help a new bee to jailbreak

hi Gurus,
i have an itouch 32gb 3gen with os4.1(which i accidently upgraded) using itunes 10.
Well this is my first ipod and ,now i see that i cant install any software or games.I am using windows 7 ultimate 64bit .
i cant downgrade my firmware to 4.0.1 or lower to jailbreak it.
Please help me.I think if i dont jailbreak it my money wld be useless.

2nd issue-I dont have a credit card so i cant make a apple id ,so even i cant download free apps from apple app store.Please help.

hi there,
Sorry for the late reply.Its 2day i tried to jailbreak.
first attempt it gave me some 1001 error.....
but second time it worked....now i have limer1n and cydia installed in my itouch..
i even runned cydia successfully....

now issue is ....i am not able to install game ...it synced special opps game from itunes 10...it gave me error...

error->the application "SpecialOpps" was not installed on the ipod because an unknown eror occured (0xE8008001)

please guide me the path....

What games are you talking about, you said you dont have Credit, so won't get an account with apple, therefore you cannot download any apple apps. No piracy & no stealing of apps. Go ask your parents to sign you up an Apple account

You can sign up for an Apple account without a credit card by opening iTunes on your computer, going to the Apple Store->App Store, and then clicking Sign In, Create New Account, accepting the Terms, creating the credentials, and then an option for "no payment instrument" or similar will appear as an option on the following page. I believe this can be done from an iDevice as well.

The error code you specified means you're probably being naughty and trying to circumvent an application's security (on this site, that violates Fight Club Rule No. 1, a.k.a., don't talk about anything related to circumventing application security).
