is this jailbreaking issue?

i recently used limera1n to jb iphone 4 and ultrasnow to unlock. everything was running smoothly for the most part till yesterday when the data connection wasnt working. says 'could not activate cellular data network, you are not subscribed to a carrier'. i checked and i still have the unlimited data plan. should i call my phone carrier or is this a jailbreaking issue?

Restore again but no jailbreak to see if that solves your problem.
