no safari app ???? help thanks

brand new iphone 3gs.
no safari app in the dock, i just jb and uunlocked it
how do i add safari app or a browser ?

I have never seen the Safari app dissappear before. You cannot just go and install Safari app, it is a native app of the Iphone.
Maybe just use Opera Mini app or other browser if you don't plan to do another restore.

Hard restart your phone.

If that doesn't work, you are going to need to do a fresh install.
