I just wanted to thank all the gurus here for all the awesome help for answering all my JB questions, helping me through a tinyumbrella issue etc....
I took the plunge with LR and it was near perfect (it flashed a RETRY once and then worked great) and Cydia downloaded perfect.
My first Q is this-- If I want to change my mind at any point--what must I do to FULLY erase any signs of a JB. I have Apple Care and would hate to flush $80 down the toilet.
My 2nd Q is this (and don't rip on me hahahaha) Do I now delete the Limera1n icon? Didn't see it the MMi guide.
Lastly, when I browse Cydia's store and purchase an app, where exactly can I back up those Cydia apps? I know iTunes won't recognize them.
Sorry for the goofy questions but I'm trying to learn all I can and avoid pitfalls as this is my JB.

Dfu mode and restore as new will erase any proof of jailbreaking.
You can delete it if you want to.
There is no default way to back up your jb apps. You can buy apps on cydia that will back them up, or you can ssh into your phone and save them that way. This post infers no rights and is provided as is.

Install cydelete from cydia and you can delete cydia apps like app store apps.
Pkgpackup is great for backing up cydia apps.
Cydia links your device to a google account and you'll be able to download your purchases even if you change devices (it will transfer licenses to the new device).

Pkgbackup is a good one like said or my personal fave is aptbackup which I believe is free, if not I bought it so long ago I can't remember.
