Need Help - downgrading from 4.1 to 3.1.2 or other - iphone 3G (not 3GS) - anyone???

OK - my delima. I was on 3.1.2 JB'd and all was good. I decided to go to 4.1 via sn0wbreeze custom IPSW. Prior, I saved my shsh via tinyumbrella - so I have SHSH blobs local (not on Cydia server). My baseband is still 05.11.07.

Questions:
1. What should I downgrade to? 4.0 or 3.1.2/3.1.3..etc..
2. How do I downgrade - and how do I use my shsh blobs if I even need them?

reason for downgrading - 4.1 SUCKS! It is so slow compared to 3.1.2 - can't even make a phone call without waiting about 10 seconds for it to register the call button press...

My 3G is working great on 4.1, smoother than 3.1.3, no any issue at all. So I will suggest to redo the whole things properly, make sure to tune off all the stuff you dont need like multi-task and wallpaper

I'd say downgrade to 3.1.3 if you can. That may run better. If it doesn't try 4.1 again.

Yeah, go back to 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 is the best for you.
Put iphone into DFU mode
Shift + Restore to 3.1.3
Kick out of recovery to error out 1015.
Do your jailbreak.
