Cydia not open on JB4.1

I have iPhone 4 with Jailbroken 4.1 with Greenpois0n RC3. I did loader app then a tweet from boxcar interrupt it. So can see Cydia on my homepage but white icon and tried to reinstall it with the loader again said it already installed. The loader is disappear now

Can i jailbreak it again and remove cydia?

Is it safe to update to iTunes 10.1?

I have the same problem. But I was able to install Cydia ..... I just can't open it . It's a blank screen. Any body know what's going on?

Found a solution restore it back and re-jailbreak it and job done
