I can Comment All systems go. working fine.
White Icon Still for limera1n untill you install cydia and it refreshes then its back to the drop let. Automaticaly disappears when you press remove and cydia automaticaly appears No need to respring but IF you dont get the Icon then please reboot...

Still no surport for Ipod Touch 2nd Gen.

to keep your baseband Please use tinyumbrella so save that which can unlock it with ultrasn0w as I am running that.

I had a error when restoring it booted it into recovery mode I used tiny umbrella to Kick it out and back to installed.

No errors so Far I can see with RC1.

Is there any point in running the RC1 update if i have Jailbroken with one of the bettas and dont seem to be having problems ?

just wondered if its better to clean restore 4.1 and use the RC1 before 4.2 comes out ??

To Me nothing seems Different. I was running problems with Beta 1 , 2 but 3 and 4 are fine.

I can now comfirm that It does NOT need a simcard in the phone.
I just used another Iphone 4 with NO SIM inside with a restore. So it does work.
Use tinyumbrella to save you baseband.
All running sweet.

Some betas do have bugs. but if its running smooth no problem keep it on the beta. just install afc2add in cydia you never know when you may need it

Hi thanks for getting back to me. Guess i might as well stay on the Beta. Just unsure if EVERYTHING is fine as i have not used EVERYTHING yet LOL. So thats why i was unsure if to use the update ?

One thing what is afc2add and where in Cydia is it ?

blackra1n missed the afc2add.
Afc2add is in cydia it allowed your computer to talk to the phone allowing you to see everything the files and folders in like me I use ifunbox to transfer ringtones.

bitesms works Beta 5.0 fully working
MyWi 4.0 works with no problems
SBsettings Works without a problem ( dont know about themes in sbsettings )
Winterboard works but when 1st installed you need to open it then select themes tick white icon labels then click winterboard top left then click respring

3G unristrictor works fine

it doesnt really matter what beta you use. I think once cydia is installed that is the code injected
This is all I have tried for a Min o and ultrasn0w works fine aswell.

I JBed two iPhone 4 with Beta 4, so don't really want to rerun unless it just overwriting on top and not losing anything. Can anyone confirm if rerunning RC1 on top of existing beta will remove cydia, etc?

You mentioned 3G Unrestrictor works fine, but I tried with Facetime, it doesn't work with or without IsDirect flag. How about you?

You will loose things from cydia as a fresh install.
Mine with facetime works fine on 3G not wifi. Strange...

Hmm.. In my case, after adding Phone to 3G Unrestrictor, any attempts of dialing will soon followed by 'Please use WiFi'. Care to share you setting?

With 3G unrestrictor, it requires you to have wifi on and be connected to a connection (odd...). At least for me. I had to turn on wifi and connect to an inactive wifi network to get FaceTime to go.

I switched to Facebreak and it's great. Only requires wifi to be on but no need to be connected to a network.

yes Ifunbox works if afc2add is installed from beta limera1n.
No settings for 3g unrestrictor. It just works.
enable 3G and make sure facetime is on I think thats about it.

I dont know I never got root access I just use ifunbox graphical app its perfect thats all I use and drag and drop...
