If you have the old bootloader 3G: Downgrade iOS 4.1 (Baseband 05.14.2) to iOS 4.0 (Baseband 05.13.4) Using Fuzzyband Downgrader
Your message says 3G, but your profile says 3gs. If you're 3gs, then no, you can't. If you're using a new bootloader 3g, then no also.

Doesn't matter if you downgrade the firmware, you can't downgrade your baseband. Your bootloader is not compatible to use fuzzyband baseband downgrader, so you cannot do anything about unlocking.
