Jailbreak 4.01

If I jailbreak using a windows machine, then connect back to my Mac to sync everything, will it work correctly?

4.01 use JailbreakMe on the safari on the Phone its self
if its 4.1 typo error then use limera1n... which one u using

Yea. My bust. I want to upgrade to 4.1. But since there is no Mac version to JB 4.1 I was gonna use a windows machine.

If I do this and reconnect it to my mac...will I run into problems?
