Restore Question, iPhone4 JB with LimeRain

I had a 3gs on iOS 4.0, that I backed up using itunes, I since bought a brand new iphone 4 with ios 4.1 and now jailbroke it using limerain, before i try and hook it up to back it up with old contacts and apps will it mess anything up or erase anything on the new phone?

Should be fine. Worst case scenario.. you have to restore and you're back to where you are now.. no big deal either way.
