iP4 4.1 No cydia icon after running limera1n?

Just ran limera1n and it said jbed, then i go to the limera1n icon, its not the correct icon its just blank, after running it and selecting to install cydia, it resprings with cydia still uninstalled? Any ideas?

Power off the phone and reboot

as stated turn the phone off and back on if not try it 5 times if not then restore
