Help: Deleted SBsettings and lost cydia icon

Ok I admit, I am a moron. I had my cydia docked in SBsettings. I forgot to undock my apps. I deleleted SBsettings as I was having an issue with my wifi.
I am on iphone4 with 4.01 JB from jailbreakme.com

I lost my cydia, pkgbackup, bosspaper, LED light, SB organizer icons.

Now I cant get on cydia, as I have no cydia icon?

How can I get my cydia icon back. Any ideas.

ok fixed the issue. I used poof 3.06 deb

For future reference or anyone else with the same problem, you also could have used spotlight to search for and launch cydia.
