Manual Install of Cydia

Hi all,

I searched the forums..and cant' find a current way to install cydia via manual means.

I am in Afghanistan... I don't have wifi to use... so, I need a way to download the files..and install them on my phone. I have diskaid...etc.

The phone is jailbroke... but I can't install / DL the Cydia package due to no wifi.

If anyone can help, that would be great. Just a link I can check next time I am at a location with internet.

Don't think it's possible. Anywhere you can go to which has wireless access? Otherwise try getting 3G internet on your phone.
