Weird extra 3gb of "apps"

Hi,
I've been on 4.0.1 jailbroken on my iphone 4 for a while and updated to 4.1 today. After the updating/jailbreaking ect. i find that my "apps" usage in iTunes shows 6.3gb! (And on a 16gb iPhone, thats alot).
So i unticked a 2mb app and the bar dropped to 3.4gb. Clicked sync, boom back up to 6.3.

So anybody have any idea what the gypsy 2.9gb is?
Any help would be appreciated,

Edit: Just worked out what 2gb of it was! Cinexplayer movies! *facepalm*
Still that leaves about 1gb. I'm sure i'll find it being used in some app.

u probably updated and restpred from backup...update and do a fresh install

Restoring from a backup will cause a random 900mb of "apps"? Interesting.
