How to delete w/o restoring?
someone wants to my my jailbroken phone. how do i delete all the datas without restoring? do i just reset and erase all? is this a safe method? please help. its on 3.1.2 and there is no shsh. thanks.

I would create a new account On your pc and sync to that iTunes under a new user and delete all ur contacts

thanks. once i sync to the new account, would all the email account, app bought on appstore and appstore account be also deleted?

For the apps, yes they will, the account, just go to settings and AppStore and remove your account there, email as well

NOPE, the iPhone can have more then 1 account connected, to fix this you need to deactivate your account on your computer in iTunes, then before a sync, it should pull the apps off, also before you do this make sure to goto Settings->Store->SignOut
If you do ANY of the resets you will lock up your iPhone rendering it useless until restore DON'T DO IT DUDE
If you want to delete all your contacts there is a cydia package for that called "Erase Contacts" source is BigBoss(see pic)
You have to manually delete most other things

i erased almost everything but the gmail is still connected to my iphone. how do i un sync my gmail accounts?

Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars->Click On Email Account->Scroll down to Delete
