help! cydia gone cant ssh

i downgraded from os 4 back to 3.1.3. i used jbme after n installed cydia. i installed pkg backup an restored everything. but in da past, i had all the mods in a folder in categories..cydia pkg bacup, etc. after restore, i rebooted but now because cydia was hidden, i cant find it. i cant ssh, and i try my sb toggle but it doesnt open anythin. can sum1 tell me how to get the cydia back? i trid jbme and it says cydia alreay installed and may be harmful if i try installin again

Try using spotlight to search for Cydia.

Not sure if this is what you're saying, but in SBSettings > More, there's an option called 'Hide Icons' where you can unhide the apps you want to see.
