    Default Sn0wbreeze -> spirit2pwn -> stuck apple logo

    Have a very specific issue with a iphone 3GS old bootrom someone brought me to fix. Apparently it was at 4.0 with a custom firmware done with sn0wbreeze. The person then installed spirit2pwn and it went straight to dfu. Here is where this differs from people who used jailbreakme then installed spirit2pwn. Not getting error 28 when trying to restore, the iphone restores just fine but always stays at the apple logo. iTunes recognizes it normally, even asks me to setup as new or restore from backup, but the phone will not leave apple logo screen. i am trying the battery removal suggestion now but wanted to see if anyone has come across this particular situation before.

    Edit: Battery trick worked, soon as I put it back in the phone booted normally
