Help needed...!

I downloaded an app from Cydia today and when I was prompted to respiring my phone it came back up in "safe mode" this is no big deal and happens from time to time. However when I hit restart it resprung back up in "safe mode" so I shut it off and when I powered in back on "safe mode"... You get the idea. I am away from home and don't/can't put iTunes on my work comp (the one I have with me) any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

If you still see Cydia on your Springboard, open it and uninstall the last package which causes this safe mode.

No Cydia is gone from the spring board, I still have winterboard and a few other cydia apps but no cydia and some of my iPhone default apps are gone too

Hmmmm, you might need to restore again.

Ok so I went to Winterboard and disabled all my themes ext and hit "respiring" from inthere and Cydia came back! I then did as you said and all is well now!!!!! thanks a million
