4.0.2 -> 4.0.1 is it safe?
I accidentally upgraded to 4.0.2 right after it came out. My gf has 4.0.1 fw saved for her iPod of the same model w/ tinyumbrella. Can I restore to that safely? Or is that tied to just her iPod somehow?
I've poked around on the webz for hours but couldn't get an answer to my specific problem.
I did however find some sites offering custom FW's w/ cydia already installed. If those work why haven't I read more about them?

Ok thanks, I kinda figured that. But then what about the ones that are available to d/l from sites like felixburns? Or is there a step to that I'm missing?

You know how to edit your hosts file , right ? Or Start TSS SERVER ( you have to store your 4.0.1 shsh blogs inside TU.)Last edited by iYeow; 10-02-2010 at 10:36 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
