make free phone callas app with wifi ??
got a friend whos broke but can use wifi on his 3g , i tried looking up whistle phone but its not in **********.
if there any free app yall know of to make and receive calls.
other then skype which i think u have to pay for now anyways.

u can use whatsapp and send recorded message, slow but it works lol
60% of the time, it works every time.

No help with piracy, sorry. Flip through the app store, I'm sure you'll find something. The good ones are probably paid but they don't cost that much
