    Um your wrong
Springjumps is apart of cydia not apple

So in reality this is and is not the place for this, this is being the case of giving you advice on fixing it yourself

Open cydia, find springjumps, email the developer

iOS 4 has disabled some Cydia apps and it takes time to update apps and get them working on iOS 4. Sometimes people don't have time cuz of well...life. Just like the jailbreaks, they come out when they do. If they don't, well that's not really our (as the users) position to say it should or shouldn't be updated. It's unfortunate cuz it's a great tweak, but it's up to the dev if he/she has got the time to do it.
