Okay so I have a t-mobile iphone 3g on 4.1 used with sn0wbreeze. i was wondering is it possible to use redsn0w on 4.1 then unlocking again with ultrasn0w? ( to fix the itunes backup problems). And any way to fix the youtube problem? Thanks!

No, if you need unlock you cannot use Redsn0w. In order to run Redsn0w, you have to restore to 4.1 which updates your baseband.

Add this repo to your Cydia source : cydia.pushfix.info and install Push fix or Push doctor or youtube fix.

What itunes backup problems are you having ?
