SHSH Saved to 4.1, running 4.0, update to 4.0.1?

I have a iPhone 4 16gb running 4.0, can I upgrade to 4.0.1 with my SHSH blobs being saved to 4.1???

In order to go to 4.0.1 you need SHSH on file for 4.0.1. Have you only got 4.1?

Why do you want to go to 4.0.1?

So I can install my carrier bundles, and I dont have anything other than 4.1 on file

If you don't have 4.0.1 saved then you can not upgrade to it.
